SURGICAL APPOINTMENTS

A $25 deposit is required to schedule a surgery appointment.

Clients must give 24 hour notice of cancellation to receive a refund. The deposit will be applied to the client's bill on the day of surgery.

All appointments are scheduled Wednesday-Saturday. The clinic is consistently booked 2-4 weeks ahead for spay/neuter surgery.

If your pet has a current rabies vaccination, please bring the paper certificate with you. Otherwise, we are required by law to give a rabies vaccination. We strongly recommend that you bring your dog in to the clinic for a bordetella vaccine 2 weeks prior to surgery.

FERAL CATS

No appointment is necessary for feral cats. Feral cats are not accepted on Saturdays. Only the first 5 feral cats will be accepted each day Wednesday through Friday. Please bring them in a humane trap; only one cat per trap is permitted. All feral cats will have the tip of their left ear notched while under anesthesia.

WELLNESS EXAMS/VACCINATIONS

Wellness exams and vaccinations are scheduled Wednesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

All dogs must be restrained by a leash or in a carrier. All cats must be in a carrier.

Please contact us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Payment must be made when services are rendered. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. Free services are not available at the clinic.

DROP OFF/PICK UP

For surgical appointments, drop-off time is between 7 AM and 8 AM. Expect up to a one hour wait, as all animals scheduled for surgery are checked in according to the order in which they arrive.

Remove food at midnight the night before the surgery and do not give food the morning of surgery. Click here to review all pre- and post- surgical instructions.

Upon arrival, all dogs must be restrained by a leash (nylon or leather only, no retractable leashes) or in a carrier. Cats must be in a carrier.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order to have your deposit refunded.

If your pet has a current rabies vaccination, please bring the paper certificate with you. Otherwise, we are required by law to give a rabies vaccination. This will incur an additional charge of $10.

Pick-up time is between 3 pm and 4 pm for dogs, 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm for cats. Expect to spend one hour for pick-up. You will be given post-op instructions by one of our veterinary technicians
